In which situations can an interim finance manager be useful for you as an insolvency administrator or restructuring officer?

I accompany insolvency proceedings on behalf of the appointed insolvency administrator or restructuring officer from the time of the preliminary insolvency order through to the liquidation or transfer of the business operations.

“I only stay as long as needed”

• Here I take over operational tasks in the insolvent company - for example, if there is no longer a commercial manager / head of finance and accounting / CFO. 

• As an interim finance manager, I am often on site, maintain close contact with the insolvency administrator and act as a sparring partner. This gives the insolvency administrator very efficient additional opportunities for control and insight into the company.
