ESG / CSRD 

• Supporting the implementation of ESG reporting obligations
• Further development of Group-wide internal processes, structures and control systems for ESG reporting in close coordination with the relevant departments
• Monitoring and evaluating regulatory developments in the area of sustainability and deriving recommendations for action to ensure compliance with reporting obligations and the further development and optimization of the Group's sustainability strategy
• Implementing efficient IT systems for data procurement, managing the relevant key figures and rolling them out to the Group units
• Central point of contact for ESG/CSRD/EU taxonomy issues for the Group companies, internal audit and auditors in the context of internal and external (financial statement) audits
